Pilates
Pilates aims to restore or improve one’s central core stability, allowing optimal and pain-free movement of the extremities. It combines stretching, mobility and strengthening exercises – all of which can be up or downgraded to meet someone’s specific needs and ability while providing a gradual challenge to facilitate progression. Over time, different forms of Pilates have developed, such as high intensity Pilates that introduces a cardiovascular workout too - ensuring there is something for everyone.

Meet Lisa
Welcome to Spring Active! My name is Lisa Springer, owner of Spring Active, and qualified APPI Pilates Instructor and Occupational Therapist.
I am passionate about exercising, in all its many forms, and believe that Pilates is the cornerstone in building a strong foundation for any movement. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every workout - either at work, in studio or from the comfort of your home! My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.

How it Works
You have the option to participate in Spring Active Pilates classes online, from the comfort of your own home. Group, private and corporate classes can take place over a Zoom video call according to the group class schedule or at a time of your choosing for a private or corporate class.
